Well it's finals time again. I have three total (all on different days, of course), two of which are comprehensive. I don't know if it's the exhaustion, the insanity, or my ego starting to develop, but I'm not even that worried about them. I've actually enjoyed this semester, even though one of my teachers is quite difficult (and I have two classes for him). Just to give you an idea of how hard: my poetry class had a midterm a while back. 7 of the 15 people in my class failed the test. I made a 91: It wasn't that hard if you knew the vocabulary and read the assigned poems, even though there were a lot of poems. He decided to make our final comprehensive then, as well as saying if the final was higher, he'd replace the grade or something. Needless to say, he's lost a few people through the semester. They just couldn't handle that someone wanted them to apply themselves:no: So sad.

Anyway, I'm about to go on hiatus until May 13. That's when my summer classes start (if I don't get dropped. I paid Monday, but there's still money on my balance and I have no idea what to do about it. I thought it was for financial aid or something, but there's nothing listed. I'm terrified because I need those classes and I don't really know how to get back into them if they screw me up, other than to call them, of course. This should be fun; I'll keep you updated if I can).
My summer classes would last until June, then I'd be off until August.

My summer plans? WORK ON MY NOVELS:squee: I have one that I actually wrote during the semester (somehow. I guess I wasn't as busy as I thought) that needs to be edited/rewritten/something. With my month-plus of time, I'd have plenty of time to do it, as well as read some things. I bought an entire series of books over a month ago but I haven't read one of them. My boyfriend currently has the first one to read, and he'll likely be the only one who gets to read them if I don't have to work instead. Mom says I need the work experience, which I do, but I want my summer. I've been doing school non-stop for a while now. While I got last summer off, these last two semesters have been a little tough. Taking a breather after my two summer courses would be nice, but we'll see what happens (I'll update this too).

On a final note, I hope everyone has a good summer, and I'll do my best to get to any left over responses before I go. I need to completely clean out my messages, but I doubt that'll happen. Things tend to pile up around here if you aren't careful, and I am quite the procrastinator when I want to be.
